Yes- you are able to reschedule a single appointment up to 2 times.
A 10-minute grace period is allowed due to back-to-back scheduling. If you arrive later than 10 minutes after your appointment, there will be late fee applied at the appointment.
Nail repairs are free within the first 5 days unless aftercare has not been followed. A $5 per nail fee is charged otherwise.
